Production Method
Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by must clarification. After fermentation at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), the wine undergoes a brief aging in stainless steel to emphasize and preserve the natural freshness of the grapes. At the end of the aging process, cold dealcoholization begins using an innovative membrane technology that gently removes alcohol while preserving the original aromas and flavors of the wine.

Frizero Rosè

With a bright pink hue and a fine, elegant perlage. On the palate, it is soft and delightful. On the nose, it reveals notes of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, along with white flowers.

Production Method
Maceration of the crushed grapes for 4 hours at 10°C to extract color and aromas from the skins, followed by grape pressing and static clarification of the must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), after which the wine undergoes a brief aging in stainless steel to preserve the grapes' freshness. Finally, cold dealcoholization is performed using membrane technology, which gently removes the alcohol while maintaining the original aromas and flavors.

BCB Bar Convent Berlin 2024

The BCB Bar Convent Berlin 2024, one of the largest and most important international events for the bar & beverage industry, has just come to an end. Over three intense days, Frizero took center stage!

Our booth showcased both alcohol-free products, which were met with great enthusiasm by attendees.
The positive feedback we received highlights the growing interest in the emerging alcohol-free wine sector, which continues to make its mark on the international scene.
During the event, Frizero White and Rosé were used as the base for several no & low cocktails at the AmaroBar stand, one of London’s trendiest cocktail bars.
